About the role

Under the supervision of the sector manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining and improving the reliability of the plant's equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance programs, in close collaboration with your team. From the moment you are hired, you will benefit from a comprehensive training program covering all aspects necessary for your integration. You will learn alongside experienced colleagues, in an environment where health and safety are an absolute priority.

Main responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance work according to safety and quality standards.

  • Actively participate in predictive and preventive maintenance programs.

  • Carry out troubleshooting interventions on critical equipment.

  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize the performance of facilities.

  • Adapt to different schedules and sectors according to needs.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Profile sought

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in industrial electronics technology and/or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in electricity combined with relevant experience in an industrial environment

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.

  • Electricity Certificate (CÉ) (or in the process of obtaining it)

  • Availability to work on varied schedules (day, evening, night, weekends).

  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and good judgment.

  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and rigorous respect for instructions.

  • Commitment to health and safety at work.

Additional information

  • Possible assignment to all sectors for which you are trained.

  • Schedule generally communicated two weeks in advance, with possibility of changes in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  • Types of possible schedules:

    • Troubleshooting position: posted day/night schedule - 12 hours on a 3-2-2-3 cycle.

    • Relief position: 3 weeks of day, 1 week of evening.

    • Day positions: 5x8h or 4x10h (may sometimes be accessible after a few years of seniority).
