Are you looking for a role where your contact book and business sense make a real difference?
We are in full growth and we are looking for our future territory leader to drive our commercial development. You will report to the Sales and Business Development Director within an ultra-collaborative team.
Main responsibilities
You are both a business developer and an account manager. You open new accounts with car dealers, then turn them into lasting partnerships.
- Business development: Build and execute your prospecting strategy (visits, calls, networks), target the needs of dealers, negotiate and conclude agreements to exceed your objectives.
- Account management and growth: Regularly visit your clients, present new products, monitor the performance of your dealers, and manage administrative follow-ups.
- Training and support: Become a strategic partner by training your clients' teams (sales, F&I, administration) on our products and platform.
- Administrative rigor: Plan your trips autonomously, update your CRM daily, and participate in competitive monitoring of the territory.
The profile we are looking for
The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson who likes the field and asks the right questions to understand the client's business model before talking about price.
Essential:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in car dealerships or recreational vehicles.
- Solid experience in external sales and prospecting (account hunting).
- Autonomy and discipline to manage your territory like your own business.
- Bilingualism (French/English) to open all doors in the territory.
- Valid driver's license and ease with technological tools (CRM).
Assets:
- Experience in F&I or with extended warranty products.
- Established network of contacts with dealers in the territory.
