We are currently looking for a Organizational Development Consultant, wishing to join the team at the Saguenay office.

Job Description

The organizational development consultant acts as an expert advisor to client organizations to support their performance, mobilization, and adaptability. Through diagnostics, targeted interventions, and co-creation approaches, they accompany teams in optimizing their structure, processes, and organizational culture. With a systemic perspective and a human approach, they design and implement solutions tailored to the specific challenges of each client, contributing to the realization of their strategic ambitions.
Customer Service
  • Executes organizational development mandates according to the processes and methodology in effect, respecting the contractual agreement guidelines;
  • Respects deadlines, demonstrates professionalism, and shows a sense of urgency to deliver the expected results;
  • Executes recruitment mandates according to the processes in effect, respecting the contractual agreement guidelines, from needs assessment to the conclusion of the agreement with the candidate.

Business Development
  • Participates in regional events, outreach, or visibility activities (blog, CA, 5 to 7, chamber of commerce, podcast, informative capsule, discussion panel) to support the organizational expansion strategy;
  • Develops relationships with served clients: loyalty, addition of services, coordination with other practices;
  • Co-carries certain service offerings with colleagues, account manager or account manager;
  • Actively participates in the annual review of their client portfolio;
  • Participates in the identification, approach, and follow-up of targeted new clients;
  • Collaborates on the drafting of service offers for new clients.

Practice Development
  • Co-creates or improves existing tools, services, or approaches in the practice;
  • Proposes concrete innovations from their experiences with clients;
  • Participates in working groups or pilot projects aimed at evolving the practice;
  • Shares advanced learning with peers to strengthen collective expertise and contributes to the development of level 1 consultants.

  • Uses their professional expertise for the benefit of the client;
  • Contributes to achieving the collective objectives of Brh.

Profile Sought

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered;
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (an asset);
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (in a firm or internally);
  • Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA).
