
In this role, you will be responsible for defining, driving and implementing the vision and strategy for products within the human resources technology ecosystem at BRP Global Services. Located at the crossroads of human resources, IT Center of Excellence, data and analytics, and HR operations, you will be a key strategic link in converting business and employee needs into scalable digital solutions. You will be responsible for the operational backlog of HR technologies and the roadmap for improvements, driving continuous improvement and optimizing the digital value added by all HR systems globally.
You will have the opportunity to
Drive the strategic roadmap and product backlog: Manage, define and prioritize the operational backlog of HR technologies as well as the roadmap for improvements, in close collaboration with the HR D&T manager and in line with the global HR strategy.
Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams: Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders in human resources, the IT Center of Excellence team, system administrators, and the analytics team, in order to convert business needs into precise user stories and clear technical acceptance criteria.
Lead agile governance and continuous improvement: Prioritize continuous improvement initiatives, small to medium-sized change requests, and new feature launches to ensure regular digital evolution alongside large PMO projects.
Manage D&T performance indicators and analytics: Define, track, and manage the D&T key performance indicator dashboard as well as analytical governance (including system RFPs, self-service adoption rates, and transaction processing speed) to promote continuous optimization.
Ensure user acceptance and quality of version launches: Define acceptance criteria, approve user acceptance testing validation, and verify that delivered IT solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
Facilitate discovery workshops and agile workshops: Design and facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with key stakeholders to define future solutions and refine user journeys.
Ensure operational continuity: Act as a strategic escalation point for complex level 2 and 3 functional issues while providing support to the HR technology operations team during sprint execution.
Promote product adoption: Act as an ambassador for HR data products and digital tools by promoting their widespread adoption and digital maturity across all regions. Proactively define documentation to be made available with a view to continuous improvement.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Studies and experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Business Administration, or at least three years of proven experience in related fields.
Technical expertise: Understanding of HR ecosystems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, Synerion, Qualtrics, or other similar HR technology platforms) and their integrations.
Agile methodology expertise: Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization frameworks, user story writing, and product lifecycle management.
Business acumen and analytical mind: The ability to convert complex HR processes and workforce data into clear technical specifications and measurable business value.
Interfunctional collaboration: Proven experience in bridging communication gaps between teams.
Problem-solving and prioritization: The ability to manage competing priorities, find a balance between speed and scope, and overcome complex obstacles.
Language skills: Proficiency in English is essential to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.
