We are looking for a Store Operations Manager – Boutiques who is present on the ground, enjoys taking on challenges, supports teams, and actively contributes to the smooth running of operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of both stores (Hull and Gatineau)
• Be present on the floor to support teams and handle unforeseen issues
• Supervise, support, and mobilize in-store teams
• Ensure compliance with service standards, procedures, and best practices
• Plan and adjust work schedules according to customer traffic and operational needs
• Maintain smooth communication with management and human resources
• Intervene professionally in sensitive situations (customers, employees, emergencies)
• Participate in the welcoming, onboarding, and training of new hires in tandem with human resources.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose concrete solutions to optimize operations

• Relevant experience in store management, operations management, or team supervision
• Field leadership and the ability to mobilize teams with a human approach
• Excellent organization and priority management
• Ability to handle unforeseen issues and work under pressure
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach
