MAIN MISSION
Coordinate the production flow, from roasting to flavoring, ensuring the constant supply of packaging lines and the accuracy of virtual inventories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Roasting and System Management (MES)
- Calibrate instruments (colorimeter) and check the stock of raw materials.
- Cook the coffee according to the roasting plan and control the quality (temperature and color).
- Fill out tracking files and create work orders (TI Guide) in case of mechanical needs.
Internal Coordination and Logistics
- Feed the machines (packaging, mill, flavor) and manage coffee transfers (virtual silos, big bags).
- Inform other operators of stock levels (green, roasted, ground) to avoid shortages.
- Create packaging orders according to availability in silos.
Grinding and Flavoring
- Manage the feeding of the mill and flavor mixer while respecting rotations.
- Perform periodic cleaning of equipment (mill, mixer) and process surplus materials for recycling.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of flavor and grinding stocks.
Handling and General Maintenance
- Lend a hand to other roasters and take care of the forklift (batteries).
- Maintain a clean workspace and empty waste (drawers, trash cans).
- Perform safety and compliance checks (magnets, metal detector).
DESIRED PROFILE
- Ability to use a production management system (MES) and maintenance software (TI Guide type);
- Attention to detail for respecting recipes, inventories, and sanitation rules;
- Ability to take initiatives to avoid raw material shortages;
- Ability to collaborate with different team members;
- Aptitude to follow processes, both for productivity, quality, and occupational health and safety (OHS).

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday from 00h00 to 7h00.
Please note that the training period, upon hiring, will take place on the evening shift, namely from Monday to Thursday, from 16h30 to 2h30.
