Summary
Responsibilities
- Plan and control daily operations;
- Ensure the recruitment, reception, integration, and training of employees;
• Manage personnel, plan work schedules, and assign tasks;
- Promote current and future promotions and events to customers;
- Offer complementary items to maximize sales;
- Plan the reception, unpacking, labeling, and organization of merchandise, as well as inventory management;
- Perform various types of sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system;
- Control and ensure the accuracy of inventory;
- Perform openings and closings;
- Make bank deposits;
- Prepare online orders and ensure their delivery within established deadlines;
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store;
- Lift loads that can weigh up to a maximum of approximately 15 kilograms;
- Stay up-to-date on store policies and procedures;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements and Skills
- Completed high school diploma (DES)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail
- Availability during the day, evening, and weekends
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and changing work environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to organize time effectively and manage priorities.
