We are looking for a Service Offerings Advisor for our Energy and Resources sector. Reporting to the Manager, Service Offerings and Project Control, you will play a key role in the preparation, coordination, and quality of proposals submitted to our clients, particularly for projects in renewable energy, decarbonization, and energy transition. You will be at the heart of the tendering process, working with technical teams and business development.

Main responsibilities
- Proposal coordination: Coordinate the production of proposals (content, resources, meetings, schedules, and compliance)
- Writing and formatting: Write and adapt content, ensure its accuracy, consistency, and visual quality
- Compliance and document management: Produce and update related documents (CVs, project sheets, presentations, etc.)
- Strategic support: Contribute to developing response strategies and identify differentiating elements
- Continuous improvement: Lead post-proposal debriefs and contribute to optimizing practices, tools and processes
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in coordinating service offerings, ideally gained in engineering consulting or in a role with similar responsibilities, or in engineering project delivery,
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). English is required given the need to interact regularly with all CIMA+ stakeholders across Canada.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to review and proofread texts
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Integrity, teamwork spirit, commitment to excellence
- Advanced proficiency in the Office 365 suite and collaborative tools (including SharePoint)
- Prior experience in engineering consulting or in a professional services environment is an asset.
