We are looking for a partner to fill a dental secretary position at the Clareo Aylmer clinic

Your role as a partner

Dental secretary, you set the tone as soon as patients walk through the door. Genuine smile, dynamic welcome, efficiency without detour: you make their experience enjoyable even before they see the chair. Appointments, files, billing: you handle all that with a sure hand, without losing your energy.

With you at the reception, nothing goes off the rails: the clinic runs smoothly and the team can focus on care.

Your skills

• You have a high school diploma and any other relevant experience.
• You are recognized for your team spirit and customer service mindset — you create a climate of trust from the first smile.
• You master the Dentitek software, a little plus that makes life easier!
• You embody strong values of integrity, collaboration, and human approach.
