Bicycle Mechanic - Trainer

The position

Reporting to the general manager and under the supervision of the integration coordinator, you provide training, supervision and guidance to employees in apprenticeship. You teach bicycle mechanics techniques, monitor learning and contribute to the smooth running of production and operations.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, organize and deliver technical training in bicycle mechanics and work procedures
• Follow up on technical training and take part in evaluations
• Supervise apprentice employees assigned to production and operations
• In collaboration with the team, report on technical learning and relevant field observations, in line with the established action plan
• Take on tasks related to production and operations management
• Take part in activities directly related to operations when required
• Perform any other related duties

• Knowledge of bicycle mechanics
• Experience in the bicycle field (an asset)
• Sense of organization
