At Dinamo, accounting is done by project. This means you will be responsible for all data entry, payables and invoicing for the projects assigned to you. Within the Controller's team, your main tasks will be:
Matching purchase orders and project numbers with subcontractor and supplier invoices;
Entering invoices into the company's financial system with particular attention to data accuracy and consistency;
Validating subcontractor payment requests by comparing them with the invoices received;
Preparing and verifying client billing for cost-plus or lump-sum contracts, depending on the type of project;
Monitoring and reconciling client accounts and resolving billing issues;
Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to supplier and client accounts, while providing quality customer service;
Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and complying with data security standards;
Any other tasks or projects related to the accounting technician position.

What profile are we looking for?
- Hold a diploma of study in accounting (DEP or DEC) or an equivalent combination of experience;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - we have an experienced team that will be able to coach you, regardless of your experience level;
- Have experience in accounting within the construction industry - an asset!
- Be motivated by teamwork;
