PARTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

At Équipe TOI, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and organized person to join our team in the parts and service department.

Here, you will be at the heart of operations: customers, parts, suppliers and orders will all go through you!

Your daily routine

You will be responsible for:

• Receiving and verifying received parts

• Classifying and storing parts

• Preparing customer orders

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email

• Identifying and searching for the right parts according to needs

• Placing orders with our suppliers

• Tracking orders and pending parts

• Collaborating with mechanics and the service team

• Ensuring good follow-up with customers

• Participating in inventory management and maintenance

We are looking for someone who:

Is organized and able to manage multiple things at the same time
Has a good sense of customer service
Is resourceful and likes to find solutions
Is comfortable with computers, emails and phone
Enjoys working in a team
Is autonomous and takes initiative
Likes to learn and understand how things work

Knowledge of parts, mechanics or machinery is an asset, but for us, attitude, resourcefulness and the desire to learn count greatly.
