Contractual Security Manager

• Maintain a watch on the evolution of regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Participate in the development and improvement of EXP's contractual security program.
• Support projects and business development
• Prepare and submit the security plans required by clients.
• Contribute to responses to tenders with specific security requirements.
• Support teams during audits, inspections or compliance checks.
• Manage registrations, certifications and compliance requirements on client platforms

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in administration, risk management, engineering, information security, public security or any combination of education and experience deemed relevant.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to contractual security, compliance, risk management, industrial security or information security.
• Experience in the engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure, energy or public sectors.
• Knowledge of security requirements applicable to federal and provincial government contracts (significant asset).
• Experience in managing security clearances and sensitive or protected information.
• Knowledge of risk management, governance and compliance principles.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite and ease with document management systems.
• Canadian citizenship required.
• Eligibility for a government security clearance.

Languages

You are bilingual (French and English) and possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. As part of your duties, you will be required to collaborate regularly with teams, partners and clients located throughout Canada and the United States.
