Job Description

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Program Managers motivated by delivering mandates. The main responsibilities would be to define the vision and roadmap of the program and coordinate all the projects that make it up; manage interdependencies, the overall budget, the schedule and risks, engage stakeholders and lead governance, while ensuring the achievement of the expected benefits.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define the program's vision, objectives and roadmap in alignment with the strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate all projects making up the program.
  • Manage interdependencies, priorities and resource allocation across projects.
  • Oversee the overall budget (Capex/Opex), the master schedule and program risks.
  • Engage stakeholders and run governance bodies.
  • Track consolidated progress and provide accountability reporting to decision-making bodies.
  • Ensure the realization and tracking of benefits as well as change management.
REQUIRED PROFILE
  • University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology.
  • Minimum five (05) years of experience as a program manager.
  • Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
  • Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Hold one of the following certifications: PgMP, MSP, SAFe RTE, PMP.
  • Hold one of the following agile certifications (asset): CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master etc.
  • Experience in strategic mandate delivery (an asset).
  • Experience in large public or private organizations in Canada.
  • Languages: French and English
