Your Role?

Do you like negotiating, building good relationships, and taking on challenges? Come and put your talent to use by making purchases, finding the best suppliers, and ensuring order follow-up. A dynamic role where every day brings its own set of challenges and solutions to find!

What will your daily life look like?

  • Procure supplies related to Bellemare Group's daily operations and special projects;
  • Find sources of supply that meet the requirements;
  • Ensure the processing of purchase orders while maintaining good communication with suppliers;
  • Evaluate received orders and find solutions to material defect, billing, and delivery problems;
  • Negotiate the terms of purchase of goods and services and delivery conditions;
  • Produce administrative documents such as contracts, agreements, or bids;
  • Work closely with other buyers and parts clerks;
  • Handle returns to suppliers and dispose of obsolete products;
  • All other related tasks such as data entry.

What do you need?

  • Diploma in administration, procurement, or equivalent experience;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Office suite;
  • Mechanical knowledge;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good rigor and attention to detail;
  • Bilingualism (an asset).
