This is a position based in Quebec. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Quebec and be able to report to the workplace when needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer them a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at the dealership.
- Listen carefully to customers' needs and preferences in order to understand their requirements for new or used vehicles.
- Present vehicles and demonstrate their features, benefits and unique selling points.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in finding the ideal vehicle.
- Provide accurate information on prices, financing options and additional services offered to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and dealership objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in order to retain them and encourage repeat purchases.
- Stay up to date on Nissan products, technologies and industry trends in order to advise customers effectively and answer their questions.
- Complete all necessary documents accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on Nissan products, training, technologies, etc.
- Provide regular follow-up with customers and team members to ensure the smooth running of all tasks and projects.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidence on incoming and outgoing phone calls, while providing accurate information and assistance.
- Keep detailed records of all communications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or at a dealership
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to respond to email inquiries
- Ability to overcome customer objections
- Familiarity with social media
- Persistent and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Valid driver's license
