Salary scale (not limited to):

43,600 - 53,200

Annual bonus target, based on base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (depending on individual employee performance and company financial results)

The salary of the person hired for this position will be determined based on a set of factors, including: professional experience, skills, anticipated contribution to the position, internal equity, etc. The salary scale presented above is for a 35-hour workweek and may apply to the majority of different candidate profiles, but we encourage candidates outside of this salary range to apply.

About the position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I to join our growing team!

Work schedule: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Hybrid mode: 1 day per week

Salary: $ per year

What you will accomplish with us:

• Answer incoming phone calls while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
• Answer customer questions and make adjustments related to their customer account.
• Promote self-service by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile application.
• Send documents or copies of policies to customers.
• Respond to various customer needs such as answering general questions, proceeding with re-enrollments after a cancellation and resolving issues encountered by customers.

What you will bring to the table

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service
• Demonstrated skills with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android
• Experience in a call center environment (an asset)
• Autonomy, dynamism and strong communication skills
• Good computer knowledge - Microsoft Office suite and others
• Bilingual (French and English) Requires responding to calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis
• No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
