- As part of your role, you will help our customers complete their tax returns using Intuit's TurboTax software. By providing tax guidance, reviewing personal tax returns for customers who are self-preparing their tax return, offering full-service return preparation, and managing product and software inquiries, you will contribute to accelerating our goal of contributing to prosperity around the world.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- As a tax expert, you have at least 2 years of paid experience in tax return preparation.
- You will be required to provide your CRA Rep ID (Representative Identifier) to use the CRA's Represent a Client service after onboarding.
- You have experience using professional tax software to prepare and produce personal tax returns, including returns with complex elements such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
- You are passionate about helping customers navigate the complexities of taxation and want to enhance our brand by impressing our customers and empowering them to prepare their tax return.
- You possess excellent customer service skills and are enthusiastic about interacting with customers using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- You must be available to work according to a flexible schedule for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- You have proven skills in French and English and are able to handle complex tax subjects in both languages.
Qualifications:
- As a Tax Expert, you have a minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
- You will be asked to provide your CRA RepID (representative identifier) to allow your use of the CRA Represent a Client service upon successful onboarding.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $24.22/hour to $30.95/hour in Ontario, $24.22/hour to $30.95/hour in PEI, $24.22/hour to $30.95/hour in BC, and $24.22/hour to $30.95/hour in Nova Scotia.
