ITC Technologies SOLUTIONS, a dynamic and growing Quebec-based company is currently looking for an INTERNAL COORDINATOR, PARTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE to expand its team.

ITC technologies SOLUTIONS Montréal, is part of the large family of ITC Technologies Montréal which offers entrepreneurs a range of CVAC equipment to meet all their heating, ventilation and air conditioning needs. Our company also sells specialized equipment, such as dehumidifiers, heat pumps and coolers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
This position ensures the smooth operation of internal and external order requests:

For sales and customer service (internal & external)

• Answering phone calls and emails
• Informing customers about parts, helping them choose parts effectively and offering high-quality service
• Proposing possible options to meet customer needs
• Communicating with various suppliers, external and internal customers

Related administrative tasks

• Placing parts orders and following up
• On a weekly basis, checking the files of orders to be picked up by customers
• Communicating information to customers, upon receipt of specially ordered parts and others
• Assisting the internal/external sales representative(s) in filling their orders
• Ensuring that parts orders are invoiced
• Participating in parts inventory when required

Related administrative tasks

Requirements

• Having between 2 and 5 years of experience in the field of parts and purchasing.

• Holding a diploma in building mechanics.

• Experience in the CVAC field is an asset.

• Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT

• AN ASSET:
  • Possess experience in the sale of heating equipment, commercial air conditioning.
• IMPORTANT:
  • Hold an excellent sense of customer service and have a strong interest in sales.
  • Be able to learn to use various computer systems
  • Demonstrate a team spirit, initiative and resourcefulness
  • Be organized and have the ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Possess the ability to establish the order of priority of tasks to be performed
  • Show meticulousness and rigor for quality work
  • Demonstrate courtesy, tact and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of spoken/written languages (French & English)
