In this role, you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of the clinic: accompanying the team, ensuring efficient organization of daily activities, and creating an environment where patients feel welcome and supported.

A STABLE SCHEDULE

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 days per week
  • Entry into position as soon as possible

PROFILE THAT WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, including at least 2 years in dental clinic management or administration.
  • Experience with dental clinic management software, such as Dentitek, is considered an asset.
  • Very good mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • You communicate with ease, both orally and in writing, and know how to establish positive professional relationships with patients, families, and dental professionals.
  • Good understanding of dental terminology, clinical processes, and administrative practices specific to a clinic environment.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and ensure the confidentiality of patient personal information.
  • Experience in budget management and financial transaction tracking.
  • Ease of interacting with patients and their families in a professional, clear, and empathetic manner.
  • You are committed to providing attentive service and contributing to the continuous improvement of the patient experience.
