Description

Under the responsibility of the supervisor of rental condos, the maintenance technician plays an essential role in the daily operation of our range of rental condos. The maintenance technician works in partnership with the dedicated personnel of the buildings and ensures the handling of 2nd-level interventions to be carried out within the rental condos.

He/She works in collaboration with the supervisor to diagnose technical problems, provide sustainable solutions, and ensure rigorous follow-up of interventions carried out.

Each day can involve a variety of tasks - ranging from preventive maintenance of mechanical installations to repairs in common areas and rental units - which requires great versatility, excellent work organization, and a strong sense of responsibility. The main objective remains constant: to offer residents a functional, secure, and pleasant environment and contribute to the maintenance of the asset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance work (basic electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).
  • Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests from tenants.
  • Carry out inspection rounds to prevent technical problems.

Profile sought

  • DEP or equivalent experience in general building maintenance.
  • Relevant experience (minimum 5 years in a similar role).
  • You are handy and can find solutions.
  • You like work well done, you are autonomous and organized.
  • You are comfortable with manual tools and minor repairs.
  • Having a driver's license, due to travel between buildings.
