LOGISCO is looking for a building maintenance technician to join its Property Performance team to actively contribute to the quality and sustainability of our real estate properties located on both the North Shore and South Shore of Quebec. Your mission? Combine organization and versatility to intervene concretely on a variety of maintenance work: carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and much more. The working days are varied, and each day brings new challenges to overcome!

YOUR ROLE
- Perform a basic diagnosis and carry out the appropriate maintenance or repair in carpentry, plumbing, or electricity;
- Perform preventive maintenance of basic systems, such as: heating, ventilation, air conditioning;
- Perform painting and plastering work;
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and work methods;
- Perform all other related tasks.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- Diploma in general building maintenance or other relevant training - an asset;
- 1 year of experience related to building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, and/or electricity);
- Practical experience in residential or commercial building maintenance is an asset;
- Valid driver's license.
