Our client, a well-established general contractor, is looking for a Mechanical Building Project Manager (CVAC) to join their team in Lévis. As a Mechanical Building Project Manager, you will be part of a team that leads large-scale projects from preparation to delivery. The ideal person stands out for their autonomy, sense of organization and ability to anticipate issues in order to maintain the progress of the work.

What's the Job?
- Analyze plans, estimates and contractual documents in order to properly frame the scope of CVAC projects.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of calls for tenders with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Analyze bids, negotiate prices and contribute to the awarding of contracts.
- Plan and coordinate mechanical building and CVAC work according to construction schedules.
- Ensure follow-up of workshop drawings, technical sheets, change requests and directives, while controlling quality and compliance with plans and estimates.
What's Needed?
- Good expertise in mechanical building, particularly in CVAC, with a solid understanding of construction projects.
- Ability to manage coordination between professionals, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Autonomy and sense of organization to manage multiple priorities and follow projects located throughout Quebec.
- Ability to anticipate technical and operational issues and propose concrete solutions.
- Ease with cost, budget, schedule and extra tracking related to your portion of the project.
