Construction Project Manager - Mechanical and Electrical Expertise

Manpower Engineering is looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in building mechanics and electrical systems to contribute to the delivery of challenging and technically demanding projects.

We are looking above all for a hands-on, proactive and resourceful person, able to take charge of projects independently while providing excellent client service.

Your role

• Lead construction projects from planning through to delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
• Analyze and coordinate the mechanical and electrical aspects of projects.
• Identify risks, anticipate issues and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up with clients and partners.
• Carry out site visits and support the progress of the work.

The ideal candidate

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

✅ Relevant experience or training in building mechanics and/or electrical systems.

✅ Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills.

✅ Proactive, solution-oriented approach.

✅ Strong client service orientation.

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Important: We are looking for a technical project manager with a mechanical-electrical background, not a full-time mechanical-electrical specialist or designer.
