Job requirements
• Work experience: Prior experience in an administrative support, customer service or operations support role.
• Administrative and logistical skills: Comfort with invoice processing, account reconciliation and the use of operational management systems.
• Customer service: Excellent communication skills, courtesy and professionalism on the phone to handle requests and resolve customer issues.
• Rigour and organization: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and strong analytical mindset.
• Reliability and autonomy: Excellent attendance record, resourcefulness and ability to work collaboratively with dispatch and mechanical teams.
Responsibilities
• Route monitoring and quality: Monitor collection routes to ensure service quality.
• Communication and operational coordination: Communicate with supervisors, drivers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Request processing and citizen follow-up: Carry out the necessary verifications to follow up on citizen complaints through City of Saguenay requests.
• Data entry and reporting: Enter drivers' production data, then write daily reports and event reports.
• Administrative and procurement support: Provide administrative support to the supervisor and lead clerk, including issuing purchase orders for purchases as needed.
• Management backup: Cover for your supervisor during their leave and vacations.
• Other tasks: Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
