About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Client Success Representative to enhance customer experience and support operations in Gatineau, Quebec . You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. This role is vital for fostering client retention and driving customer advocacy, contributing significantly to the company's growth. You'll work within a dedicated customer experience team, focusing on proactive engagement and resolution, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive, all while operating from our central Gatineau office.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products/services. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to deliver an exceptional client experience. Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvements. Requirements Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or customer success. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport. Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional office setting. Fluency in both English and French is highly desirable.
