About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive Project Manager focused on Business Process Improvement in Gatineau . Key Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. Lead the design and implementation of optimized business processes and workflows. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and buy-in for process changes. Manage project teams, facilitate workshops, and conduct training sessions related to new processes. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, making adjustments as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on business process improvement or re-engineering. Proven experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management abilities. Experience in managing cross-functional projects and diverse teams.
