Experienced Security Supervisors Wanted - (Bilingual FR / EN)

Securitas Canada is hiring for multiple Security Supervisor positions with varying operational requirements. Available schedules include Monday to Friday, continental rotations, 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, day, afternoon, and overnight shifts, as well as weekend coverage, depending on the site and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and serve as the primary point of contact on site.
• Staff the Main Security Desk.
• Manage access control, badge programming, CCTV, and emergency monitoring systems.
• Conduct security patrols and contractor escort duties as required.
• Respond to incidents, security concerns, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete incident reports, daily reports, and other required documentation.
• Utilize Workforce Management (WFM) software to complete digital scheduling and review staffing requirements.
• Communicate operational issues to Operations and District Management as required.
• Ensure compliance with client procedures and Securitas policies and standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site security personnel.
• Must be available 24/7 if needed for training or shift coverage

Qualifications

• Have a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret security clearance.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee scheduling and workforce coordination.
• Proficient with:
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Email applications (Outlook or equivalent)
• CCTV and access control systems
• Workforce Management (WFM) scheduling software
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical patrols and contractor escort duties when required.
