Within our Airport Infrastructure Division, we support all critical components required for airport operations. Our teams work on projects involving runway lighting structures, approach lighting systems, in-pavement lighting, navigation aids, apron floodlighting, and weather monitoring stations.
We serve a diverse range of clients across Canada and the Caribbean, including municipalities, airport authorities, provincial and federal governments, as well as public and private consortiums.

We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our teams in delivering projects within our Airport Division. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your career in infrastructure project management, this opportunity is for you.
Position OverviewThe Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers to support all phases of project delivery, from bidding through to final completion.
The successful candidate will provide administrative, technical, and operational support, while acting as an important link between the office, field teams, and project stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with the planning, organization, and tracking of project phases.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including bids, contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing documentation.
Coordinate document flow between engineers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Support the monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Assist in managing project changes and site-related issues.
Participate in site visits with Project Managers to monitor project progress and work quality.
Coordinate the availability of materials, equipment, and logistics required by field teams.
Maintain accurate follow-up on site information and project updates.
Help ensure effective communication between office staff, field teams, and project partners.
Qualifications and SkillsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or another relevant field.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, lighting systems, or infrastructure construction projects is considered an asset.
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Dynamics Business Central 365 is considered an asset.
Valid driver’s license.
