This is a regular full-time position located in Gatineau.

In this essential role, you will

Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working in collaboration with the store team, sales representatives, and regional management team

Promote a culture that fosters respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork

Contribute to the recruitment, development, motivation, and well-being of all members of your team

Manage the store budget and take the necessary measures to constantly improve financial results

Ensure the store's compliance with operational processes and standards, both in wholesale and retail sales.

To join our team, you must, among other things:

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a personnel management position, with responsibilities regarding financial results

Possess marked skills for communication, organization, and problem-solving

Be bilingual in French and English as you will frequently collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
