(E) ENGINEERING COORDINATOR

Within the Real Estate Division (DI), under the authority of the manager, the exploitation coordinator engineer supports and assists the latter in his role as technical and operational expert for the buildings of the SQI and Real Estate Division administrative units.

He supervises and coordinates technicians and professionals in all aspects of building operation. With regard to optimizing methods, maintaining and operating buildings, he ensures planning, execution, budget monitoring and control of operation, asset maintenance and maintenance of the real estate portfolio, while ensuring compliance with the obligations of the institutional property owner and providing occupants with secure and standard-compliant infrastructure. His in-depth knowledge of buildings and their occupants enables the exploitation coordinator engineer to ensure, in collaboration with the coordination team, the efficient integration of the multidisciplinary aspects involved in the various mandates and projects.
