THE POSITION
The administrative assistant works with the administrative supervisor to provide versatile support to the company's various departments.
- Data entry and verification;
- Administrative follow-up of invoicing;
- Customer service - scheduling appointments, entering orders or work orders;
- Directing clients by phone and on site;
- Internal point of contact for IT issues, coordination with external suppliers.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Although these requirements are flexible, here is the envisioned profile for this position:
- DEP or DEC in secretarial studies, administration or a related field;
- Experience in an administrative support position;
- Strong proficiency with the Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Good command of French, both spoken and written;
- Functional English (an asset, as our clientele is bilingual);
- Good time and priority management, ability to handle several files in parallel;
- Rigour, attention to detail;
- Good work structure;
- Resourcefulness and judgment;
The conditions
- Salary between 22.65 and 27$/h - depending on your experience and our internal scales;
- Weekly pay;
- Stable schedule. Full-time 40h per week, Monday to Friday;
- Quarterly bonus tied to performance;
- Voluntary overtime and the possibility of accumulating a time bank;
