WELDER/ASSEMBLER MAIN FUNCTIONS
Tracing, assembly and welding of worked metals. Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and welding symbols.
SKILLS AND APPLICATION CRITERIA
- Reading plans
- Knowledge of trigonometry and geometry
- Expertise in tracing stairs and railings
- Experience in manufacturing complex architectural metals
- Experience in welding steel, aluminum and stainless steel
- Experience in architectural polishing of stainless steel
- Level of education: Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) not completed
- Years of experience related to the job: 5 years of experience
- Languages required: English and French (spoken and written)
- Other languages or details: Spanish an asset
