Your main responsibilities
Integrated into a team of buyers/purchasers under the responsibility of the Purchasing Director, your missions will be:
1. Purchasing management and supplier relationships
Identify, select and consult suppliers adapted to the needs of projects.
Analyze and compare offers according to quality, cost and deadline criteria.
Negotiate purchasing conditions with local suppliers.
Transform selected offers into orders and ensure follow-up until delivery.
Participate in the globalization of purchases as part of the group's policy.
Apply the Purchasing strategy and the Group's internal procedures.
2. Supplier monitoring and optimization
Ensure the updating and verification of supplier and subcontractor files.
Monitor compliance with delivery deadlines.
Be the expert point of contact for the purchasing/procurement team.
Ensure a relay role for the procurement team on high-volume or complex/technical files.
3. Continuous improvement and responsible purchasing
Contribute to the standardization and codification of purchases.
Promote the use of framework contracts.
Actively participate in continuous improvement approaches to purchasing processes.
Integrate CSR principles into purchasing practices and be a force for proposal for responsible initiatives.

Job requirements
Experience in a similar function, ideally in the construction sector or a nearby industrial environment.
Excellent negotiation skills and a strong commercial sense, allowing you to maximize the value of purchases.
Solid financial analysis skills, to evaluate costs, profitability and optimize supplier choices.
Good mastery of purchase contracts and legal aspects related to procurement procedures.
Ease of communication and collaborative work, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams (technical, financial, operational) and external partners.
Mastery of computer tools related to purchasing, including ERP systems and procurement management software.
Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a appreciated asset.
