As part of its activities, TCI+ is looking for a legal advisor specializing in construction law for its Laval office, located in Espace Montmorency.

Do you want to practice law close to operations, in an environment where your judgment is listened to and your recommendations are valued and have a real impact? Our legal team is looking for an intermediate legal advisor passionate about construction law and concrete business issues, where legal and commercial strategies come together daily.
Reporting directly to the Legal Director, you will play a key role in supporting internal teams by offering practical, rigorous, and business-oriented legal solutions. You will be called upon to intervene in various files while actively participating in the evolution of practices in ethics and compliance.
Your responsibilities:
- Advise teams on construction law issues (contracts, claims, disputes, risk management)
- Draft, analyze, and negotiate commercial and construction contracts
- Participate in litigation files (pre-litigation, strategies, coordination with external lawyers)
- Provide support in corporate law
- Contribute actively to ethics and compliance initiatives and programs, an essential aspect of the role
The profile we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in law and member of the Quebec Bar
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in construction law
- Experience in litigation and/or contract law
- Experience in corporate law (an asset)
- Real interest in ethics and compliance issues
- Solid analytical, writing, and prioritization skills
- Autonomy and desire to expand areas of expertise
- Proactive approach and practical sense
- Relational ease and taste for team work
