Le coordinateur de la culture soutiendra les activites de culture et d'inventaire en coordonnant les expeditions, en maintenant des dossiers de production exacts et en s'assurant que les transactions d'inventaire sont effectuees de facon rigoureuse et en temps opportun. Ce poste releve du superviseur, Donnees et inventaire.

• Etre en charge de l'organisation des expeditions de produit de cannabis en vrac: Participer aux reunions pour organiser les quantites a expedier, preparer les listes de lots prets a partir pour expedition (manifests), partir la chaine d'email de l'expedition hebdomadaire.
• Au besoin, aider a la palettisation du produit pret a etre expedie.
• Creer les ordres de production pour l'equipe de post-recolte et les reconcilier une fois leur processus de transformation termine.
• Reconcilier les cartes de travail de l'equipe de cultivation (pre-harvest).
• Reconcilier les plantations vegetative, floraison et meres. Effectuer les transactions s'y rattachant dans le systeme d'inventaire.
• Poster les ordres de travail attache aux activites de cultivation dans le systeme d'inventaire.
• Reconcilier les materiaux bruts utilises en production et le nombre de plants sur le site mensuellement.
• Creer les lots de cultivar dans le systeme d'inventaire suivant l'activite de cloning.

Y inclus toutes les taches susmentionnees, le coordinateur de la culture connaitra et suivra toutes les reglementations en matiere d'hygiene, ainsi que les reglementations de securite dans toutes les taches effectuees. Ils suivront strictement toutes les procedures operationnelles qui leur sont assignees, telles que decrites dans les SOPs. Ils travailleront efficacement et avec precision pour promouvoir la qualite du produit. Ils seront ponctuels, fiables et maintiendront une bonne ambiance de travail avec leurs collegues. Ils resteront egalement flexibles et disponibles pour les heures de travail, dependamment des demandes de la production.

Qualifications

• Diplome d'etudes secondaires requis, les etudes postsecondaires sont un atout.
• Doit avoir une tres grande attention aux details
• Bonne maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des autres systemes de saisie de donnees
• utilisation d'un ERP est un plus
• Doit parler francais et anglais (espagnol est un atout).

The Production Coordinator will support cultivation and inventory activities by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring inventory transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This role reports to the Data and Inventory Supervisor.

• Take in charge the organisation of bulk cannabis product shipment: participating in the meetings to organise quantities to ship, prepare list of lots ready to ship (manifests), start the email chain for the weekly shipment.
• If needed, help palletising the product ready to be shipped.
• Create the production order in the inventory system for the post harvest team and reconcile it after their transformation process is completed.
• Reconcile the job card of the cultivation team (pre-harvest).
• Reconcile the vegetative, flower and mother plants plantations and perform the related transactions in the inventory system.
• Post the work orders related to the cultivation activities in the inventory system.
• Reconcile the raw material used in production and the quantity of plants on site monthly.
• Create the cultivar batches in the inventory system following the cloning activity.

Including all of the above-mentioned tasks, the cultivation coordinator will know and follow all sanitation regulations, as well as, security regulations in all their performed tasks. They will strictly follow all the operational procedures they are assigned to as described by the SOPs. They will work efficiently and accurately to promote the quality of the product. They will be punctual, reliable, and will maintain a good work atmosphere with their colleagues. They will also remain flexible and available for the work hours, depending on demands of production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, post secondary is an asset.
• Must have very strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry systems.
• knowledge of an ERP is a plus
• Must speak French and English (Spanish is an asset).
