Your contribution:
- Ensure the processing of envelopes and follow-up with distribution to guarantee the completeness of received documents.
- Follow up on missing POs with the concerned parties.
- Proceed with the registration of invoices in our clients' systems.
- Carry out the production, processing, and sending of customer invoices.
- Participate in the customer account collection process and follow up on payments.
- Manage the email box and ensure follow-up on communications.
- Carry out the accounting of supplier invoices.
- Process supplier payments by credit card.
- Digitize, classify, and archive receipts from various sources.
The ideal profile:
- DEP, DEC, or equivalent training in accounting or a related field.
- Relevant experience in general accounting, administration, and/or billing.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Excel suite and being comfortable learning new software.
- Intermediate English
- Rigor, sense of organization, and attention to detail.
- Being a team player.
- Being results-oriented and displaying a positive attitude.
- Holding good adaptability.
