(PRO) Designer

Architecte logiciel pour contribuer à un programme stratégique de transformation numérique à grande échelle. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la conception et de l'évolution de solutions technologiques destinées à soutenir des expériences numériques web et mobiles modernes. Vous combinerez expertise en architecture logicielle, leadership technique, excellence en livraison et innovation afin d'aider les équipes à développer des solutions sécuritaires, performantes, résilientes et évolutives. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de développement, les leaders techniques, les ingénieurs de fiabilité (SRE), les spécialistes de plateforme et les partenaires d'affaires dans un environnement Agile orienté vers l'amélioration continue. Ce que vous ferez Architecture et conception de solutions

• Concevoir des solutions applicatives de bout en bout pour les plateformes web, mobiles et back-end.
• Définir des architectures répondant aux besoins d'affaires ainsi qu'aux exigences de sécurité, de performance, de résilience et de scalabilité.
• Assurer l'intégration et l'interopérabilité des systèmes dans un environnement basé sur les microservices, les API REST, GraphQL et l'architecture orientée événements.
• Produire et maintenir la documentation d'architecture, les ADR (Architecture Decision Records) et les diagrammes C4.
• Veiller au respect des standards technologiques, des normes d'architecture et des meilleures pratiques organisationnelles.

Livraison et excellence technique

• Contribuer activement à la conception et au développement des solutions.
• Promouvoir les pratiques d'ingénierie modernes telles que le TDD, le CI/CD, le DevSecOps et l'automatisation des livraisons.
• Accompagner les équipes lors des revues d'architecture, de conception et de code.
• Participer aux cérémonies Agile, aux ateliers de conception, aux estimations techniques et aux démonstrations.
• Soutenir l'analyse des incidents de production et mettre en place des correctifs durables afin de renforcer la stabilité des systèmes.

Innovation et amélioration continue

• Remettre en question les approches existantes et proposer des solutions innovantes.
• Optimiser les pratiques d'ingénierie grâce à l'automatisation, aux approches cloud natives, au serverless et aux principes FinOps.
• Évaluer les technologies émergentes et leur potentiel applicatif, notamment l'intelligence artificielle générative et les outils de productivité pour développeurs.
• Développer des accélérateurs, outils et pratiques favorisant la rapidité et la fiabilité des livraisons.
• Intégrer des mécanismes avancés de monitoring, de télémétrie et d'observabilité.

Leadership et mentorat

• Présenter et vulgariser des concepts techniques auprès de divers intervenants techniques et d'affaires.
• Influencer les orientations d'architecture et les décisions technologiques par votre expertise.
• Act as a mentor to developers and less experienced team members.
• Actively participate in communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
• Promote the evolution of standards and best practices within the organization.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in web and mobile software development.
• Solid experience in software architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience in large-scale Agile environments.
• Ability to influence technical decisions without direct hierarchical authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Bilingualism (English-French) required
