🚀 Your Mission

The incumbent conducts inspections of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential buildings. They assist in the work related to updating and creating assessment rolls, collect necessary information, and perform the required calculations to complete the appropriate forms for evaluation purposes.

🎯 Profile Sought

  • Possess a college diploma in building estimation and evaluation technology (real estate assessment).
  • Possess three years of experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Have, for work travel purposes, a vehicle in good working condition.

Note: Considering the labor shortage, a profile approaching the requirements for education and experience could be considered.

Work Schedule

35 hours/week, according to the provisions of article 24.01 of the white-collar collective agreement.

Salary

Hourly rate of $37.46 to $46.82, according to class 8.
