JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: A high school diploma (grade 5) is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as a teacher, instructor or animator in sports and leisure is required. Being an athlete will be considered an asset.
- Language: French.
TASKS
- Lead high-quality training sessions: Plan and direct collective or individual classes, adapting exercises to the needs and different levels of participants, always respecting Yoga Fitness's quality standards and norms;
- Evaluate members' progress: Measure members' performance, provide personalized advice and adjust training programs accordingly;
- Ensure general maintenance and equipment management: Monitor the cleanliness and good condition of sports facilities and equipment, cleaning the classroom (floor and mirrors) regularly after each use, and ensuring that all equipment is safe, functional and meets the company's quality standards;
- Manage reception and reception: Welcome members, visitors and new clients, answer phone calls, and perform administrative tasks such as managing registrations and payments;
- Other related tasks.
