We are looking for:

We are looking for a Relationship Specialist who enjoys and is stimulated by building relationships through meaningful interactions with current and potential customers. You will be part of a local team responsible for offering financing (floorplanning) to independent car dealers. You will participate in improving customer relationships, prospecting new customers, and increasing AFC revenue while balancing risks. The ideal candidate must have three years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.

Your missions:

  • Demonstrate critical thinking to assess business situations and risks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and following associated workflows.
  • Organically grow the portfolio and contribute to promotional efforts for new and existing accounts as part of multi-platform product and partnership campaigns.
  • Manage, maintain and balance risk for client accounts
  • Manage existing accounts and foster new growth opportunities.
  • Embody our culture of supporting others' success as they grow in their role.

Essential criteria :

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
  • A valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently within your territory to support our current and potential clientele.
  • Desire and experience working in a multi-faceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with an emphasis on productivity and adaptability.
  • Apply business expertise competently, adapt to the audience, maintain curiosity, and effectively resolve dealers' main issues.
  • A good understanding of portfolio management, risk, and prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, as needed, within a team.
  • Ability to use and understand the necessary technologies for your position, such as mobile applications and software.
  • High level of accountability for regional and commercial objectives.

Assets :

  • Experience in the automotive or financial services industry
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau
