Security Supervisor at Sainte-Thérèse in a Higher Education Environment!

Allied Universal is looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our team and oversee security operations at a prestigious site.

• Location: Sainte-Thérèse, QC
• Hourly rate: $23.60/hour + applicable premiums!
• Hourly premiums: P3: $2.00/h P4: $0.60/h P12: $0.50/h P11: $1.00/h
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

Allied Universal is looking for a Security Supervisor to support daily security operations within a large institutional environment with a high volume of users. The successful candidate will supervise security officers, monitor field operations and maintain quality and service standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers during the shift;
• Ensure compliance with procedures, security standards and client requirements;
• Conduct patrols and site inspections;
• Respond to emergencies and intervene when necessary;
• Ensure effective communication with officers, the client and management;
• Prepare and review reports and follow up on incidents;
• Manage replacements, absences and shift operational needs;
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of customer service;
• Train, mentor and coach team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Security experience, ideally in a supervisory role;
• Valid BSP security officer license;
• Good communication skills in French;
• Functional English, an asset;
• Leadership, judgment and ability to make decisions quickly;
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Availability to work according to site needs, including day, evening or night shifts.
