What you will do:
Actively listen and effectively identify customer needs in order to communicate and offer additional products and services to improve the customer's travel experience
Capture walk-up customers without reservations to increase your market share
Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment and problem-solving skills to deliver a memorable experience that will delight the customer
Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations and any concerns they may have.
What we are looking for:
Valid driver's license
Must speak French, and English is also a requirement since you will be communicating with customers from outside the province of Quebec.
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Effective verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Professional and engaging personality
Flexibility to work all shifts
Additional assets for this role:
6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales
