Your advanced knowledge of technologies and the solution architecture process will enable you to support our brokerage and investment specialists in implementing innovative solutions.
Your job
- Mobilize various experts to produce solutions that meet the functional and non-functional needs of business lines while aligning with the company's strategic targets;
- Develop your authentic leadership and servant leadership;
- Participate in peer reviews and support your fellow architects when they need help;
- Popularize and promote the architecture governance process among project teams;
- Contribute to the evolution of solution architecture practices;
- Evaluate the costs of implementing and maintaining solutions;
- Stay up-to-date and understand the impact of technology on business processes and applications in order to communicate them to different types of audiences;
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of planning exercises (SAFe term "PI Planning")
- Ensure the smooth execution of activities under your responsibility, from development to production, as well as the quality of technological solutions.

Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree, related to the field of activity, and seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Experience as a solution architect in the financial industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience with system integration technologies (API, micro-services, ESB, Kafka, etc.)
- Experience with Java, Kafka, and Kubernetes is an asset
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Sybase, Oracle or PostgreSQL and MongoDB)
