Account Director, SME

A career as a Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Account Manager on the Business and Private Banking 1859 team means acting as a privileged guide for hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses, surrounded by experts, in order to direct clients towards the most suitable financial solutions.

Your job:

• Develop your client portfolio
• Meet business development targets by offering solutions tailored to all your clients' needs
• Seize referral opportunities in a context of synergy across the Bank
• Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios
• Negotiate product terms and conditions with clients, ensuring they meet the desired profitability criteria
• Ensure the application of quality service standards, as well as compliance with and management of risk rules
• Identify business opportunities in your market for all the Bank's products and services
• Participate in visibility activities in your market
• Identify inherent risks in sector activities

Requirements:

• University certificate and 7 years of experience;
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience;
• Master's degree and 3 years of experience;
• Experience in business development
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis
• Established network of professional contacts with local small and medium-sized businesses, an asset
• Negotiation skills
