Full Stack Developer - Capital Markets

Your role

• Collaborate directly with trading teams and other Capital Markets partners to translate their needs into concrete technological solutions.
• Take charge of the complete development cycle: needs analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications.
• Analyze production incidents, determine their root causes, and proactively improve system performance and stability.
• Collaborate with other developers and technology partners to continuously improve practices, code quality, and solutions.
• Share your expertise and support less experienced developers.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in full-stack development, with demonstrated experience in delivering applications or completed projects.
• Solid experience in developing applications and back-end services with Python.
• Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with React or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases; knowledge of PostgreSQL is an asset.
• Knowledge of Git, agile methods, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines is considered an asset.
• Experience or interest in using AI-assisted development tools for programming, testing, documentation, and problem-solving is valued.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of finance, trading, or Capital Markets is an asset. Curiosity and a desire to deepen your expertise in Capital Markets are highly valued.
