
About the job Branch Manager III The Branch Manager III is responsible for supporting the field operations leadership team in achieving short- and long-term business and financial results for an assigned market. Responsibilities include supervising team leaders across all business areas, mainly in the areas of route logistics and cash-in-transit, operations, finance, human resources, health and safety, and security. The Branch Manager ensures the execution of activities through team leaders, motivates employees to achieve the best results, and promotes continuous improvement of processes. Key responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for managing the market at the assigned location.
- Ensure successful integration and effective collaboration with all Brink's business lines.
- Support the General Manager and/or the Regional Vice President by providing the direction needed to organize market activities and develop a product-focused organization.
- Identify ways to better control costs, continuously improve efficiency and optimize services in order to have a positive impact on the market's business results.
- Develop the various product lines in the assigned market.
- Identify new opportunities to introduce Brink's products into appropriate markets.
- Understand the competitive environment, including the identity of competitors, their operational characteristics, their pricing and their impact on the market.
- Proactively reduce risk exposure and ensure the implementation of measures aimed at reducing costs related to workplace accidents and security losses in the market.
- Establish and maintain a culture of accountability at all levels of the market.
- Foster good working relationships and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and dignity internally and externally.
- Protect Brink's reputation by offering high-quality programs and services that meet client expectations.
- Ensure appropriate recruitment, selection and training, while coaching, mentoring and developing the market's frontline supervisory team.
- Develop profitable business relationships by maintaining excellent communication and a high level of service with clients.
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in the banking sector, cash handling, or transportation and logistics.
- Valid firearms permit or ability to meet the applicable requirements to obtain one.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required, both orally and in writing.
- Valid security agent card or ability to obtain one, as well as any other required permit.
- Driving record that meets applicable requirements.
- Ability to regularly lift a minimum load of 50 pounds (22.7 kg).
- Be at least 21 years of age.

- Experience in the cash management industry, retail liquidity management, or the financial sector.
- Excellent understanding of the needs of the business and its clientele.
- Excellent knowledge of business development techniques.
- Excellent command of continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
