What you will do :
- Implement workforce management to ensure genuine customer attention on the sales floor
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting. Provide assistance regarding our superb product styles, features and benefits
- Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers
- Constantly model service standards and omnichannel experience while training others for success
- Effectively analyze sales and take necessary actions to improve results by communicating and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) with the team
- Assist the store manager in building and maintaining a successful team by participating in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the store team
- Recognize exceptional performance and redirect employees as needed
- Plan, track, analyze, and report task completion and financial results using company tools
- Partner with the store manager to plan and implement merchandising standards, promotional planning, implementation of visual merchandising, and product placement
- Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs
- Reduce shrink through consistent levels of customer service, education, and operational controls
The qualities we love in a candidate:
- A positive and solution-focused attitude
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and customer engagement skills
- Real computer and technical skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or related field
- High school diploma
You can:
- Lift 18.1 kg (40 lb) as needed, with frequent opportunities to bend, stoop, stretch, push, and pull
- Stand or walk for extended periods, climb and descend a ladder
- Be available on schedules that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of two closing shifts per week
