Description of position
As part of transformation and business process optimization projects, the person holding this position will contribute to the analysis of current and future processes, the identification of improvement opportunities, and the translation of business needs, in collaboration with stakeholders and Salesforce teams.
Functions and responsibilities
. Lead discovery and process transformation workshops.
. Map current and future processes (Current State / Future State).
. Identify optimization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities.
. Produce analysis artifacts: BPMN, process flows, swimlanes, customer journeys.
. Engage stakeholders and influence business decisions.
. Translate needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
. Collaborate with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud teams.
. Participate in Agile activities, backlog refinement, and PI Planning.
Qualities required to succeed in this role
. 8+ years in business analysis.
. 5+ years in process optimization and transformation.
. Significant experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
. Leadership, autonomy, and critical thinking.
. Experience in Agile/SAFe environment.
CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including the level of skill, geographic market, experience, training, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $60,000 and $120,000. This position is vacant.
