
Description of position
CGI is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master with experience in project management applied in Agile mode, to join a TI team that offers technological services to the human resources sector.
You will be responsible for taking charge of technological projects, sharing project leadership on business initiatives, structuring, planning, coordinating and monitoring multidisciplinary team initiatives of around 10 people in order to successfully deliver human resources sector projects.
You will also ensure clear, reliable and action-oriented accountability by providing constant visibility into progress, risks, challenges and results of initiatives. Finally, you will develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with partners and service providers, both internal and external, to support the achievement of business objectives.
Functions and responsibilities
. Define, in collaboration with the partner and the implementation team, the scope of work to be done based on the solutions to be implemented
. Lead planning meetings, daily scrums, retrospectives and participate in the leadership of various meetings and committees
. Monitor the progress of work and ensure that the guidelines and priorities are respected according to established processes
. Produce meeting reports, management indicators and suitable material to enable decision-making
. Evaluate risks and action plans to be implemented and proactively apply risk management measures to minimize the impact on the project
. Perform budget tracking, estimate remaining work and manage capacity by quarter.
We are looking for a natural leader with strong relational skills. A good negotiator and communicator, you demonstrate excellent team spirit and act as a motivator and unifier.

Qualities required to succeed in this role
Profile sought
. Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other combination of experience and relevant training
. Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination or management in information technology involving business sectors
. Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
. Experience in Agility and/or Scrum master training (a definite asset).
. Knowledge of HR processes is an asset
CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including the level of competence, the geographical market, experience, training as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the specific circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $60,000 and $120,000. This position is vacant.
